The option to respond with AI is available within the Reviews module in VRMS, in the same box where you write your comments to guests.
This feature is enabled only for the following user profiles:
Administrator
Bookings Manager
Step-by-Step: Responding with AI
Access VRMS → Bookings → Reviews and select the review you want to respond to.
Click the AI button within the response box.
The AI will process the review and generate a suggestion aligned with the appropriate content and tone.
You'll see a message reminding you that the response may require review before being sent.
The suggestion will appear as editable text within the response box.
Adjust and personalize the response according to your style.
Send the response as you normally would.

Always review the suggestion before sending it to ensure it reflects your brand's tone and relationship with the guest.
