What is review synchronization?
This feature automatically transfers the reviews that guests leave on Booking.com to your VRMS system. There, you can view and manage them just like the reviews from your own Web.
Step by step: how to manage reviews
Log in to your VRMS account.
Go to the Bookings → Reviews section.
Find the review received from Booking.com.
Write your response directly in Avantio.
Send your response: it will be automatically sent to Booking.com via the API.
👉 Once published, your response will be visible on the property listing on Booking.com.
Pay attention to the details
You can only respond once per review.
Reviews received from Booking.com cannot be edited.
Reviews are not automatically published on your Web. If you want to display them, you’ll need to add them manually to your site.
This feature is activated in bulk. If you don’t see it in your account, please contact our support team.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit a review from Booking.com in Avantio?
No. Reviews cannot be modified, only responded to.
Can I reply to the same review more than once?
No. Only one response is allowed per review.
