Using AI Messages in the Unified Inbox
The AI integrated into the Unified Inbox suggests responses tailored to the context of each conversation and booking. This tool saves time, maintains a consistent professional tone, and enhances the customer experience. Additionally, it will soon include automatic translation to support multilingual communication.

Where to Find It?
In the chatbox of the Unified Inbox, the box from which you draft, edit, and send messages, there is an AI button you can use for the following:
Generate suggested responses.
Optimize text already written.
Translate individual messages (new "Translate" button next to "Optimize text").
At the top of the conversation, you'll find the "Translate conversation" button to translate the entire thread into your session's language.
Step by Step: How It Works
Step 1. Generate Automatic Responses
Click the AI button inside the chatbox.
The AI will analyze the context: recent messages, booking data, and accommodation details.
If the customer has multiple bookings, the one selected in the right panel will be used.
The suggested response will appear editable for you to adjust before sending.
Step 2. Optimize an Already Written Message
Draft your text in the chatbox.
Press the AI button, and it will improve the writing while maintaining the original meaning.
Step 3. Pay Attention to Notices
You'll always see a reminder that AI can make mistakes, so you should review before sending.
During the trial period, you'll see how many free messages you have left.
Step 4. Translate an Individual Message
Write your text and select "Translate."
Choose the language from a dropdown menu.
The translated message will appear editable for you to adjust.
Step 5. Translate a Complete Conversation
Click "Translate conversation."
All messages will be displayed translated into your session's language.
You can switch between the original and translated versions.
The translation will remain cached for the duration of the session.
