  • Avoid manual data entry, reducing the chance of errors.

  • Import not just basic information, but also images, rules, rates, and modifiers.

  • Keep your Airbnb and VRMS data consistent with less effort.

Step-by-step guide to importing your accommodations

The import process is quick and easy, but you need to follow certain steps in order. Here’s how to do it correctly from VRMS and Channel PRO.

  1. Go to the “Importer.”

  2. Log in to your “VRMS” account.

  3. Go to “Accommodations.”

  4. Click on “More actions.”

  5. Select “Import.”

    • If you don’t see this option enabled, contact our support team.

  6. Choose an “Airbnb” account.

    • If you already have accounts connected in Channel PRO, a list of available accounts will appear.

    • If the account you want to import isn’t on the list, add it first in Channel PRO under “Associated accounts” (see step 7).

    • Important:

      • If you haven’t connected your “Airbnb” account in Channel PRO yet:

        • Connect it from the “Importer.”

        • Complete the import process.

        • Disconnect the account from the “Importer” interface.

  7. Add an account (if needed) by following the guide to “add a new Airbnb account from Channel PRO.”

  8. Select the account you want to import from.

    • You can only import one account at a time.

Note: By default, the “Import all” button will be enabled; however, you can turn it off to manually select which advertisements you want to import.

  9. Review the import requirements.

    • A pop-up window will appear with the requirements.

    • Check that everything is in order and confirm by clicking the appropriate button.

  10. Select the information to import:

    • Accommodation information (required)

    • Gallery

    • Reservations

    • Occupancy rules

    • Rates

    • Price modifiers (%)

  11. Start the import process.

    • A confirmation window will appear indicating whether the import was successful.

  12. Check the import status:

    • Log in to your “VRMS” account.

    • Go to the “Processes” section to check the progress and status.

Avoid errors and improve your import process

Although the system guides you through each step, it’s helpful to know the most common mistakes and best practices to prevent them. This will help you maintain a stable connection between your accounts and ensure all information is imported correctly.

Common errors

If you don’t disconnect your “Airbnb” account after importing, conflicts may arise when linking properties in Channel PRO.

Best practices

  • Always disconnect your “Airbnb” account when the import process is finished.

  • Check in “VRMS” that the imported information (rates, images, rules) has loaded correctly.

  • Before finishing the import, make sure you have:

    • Selected the correct account.

    • Met all import requirements.

    • Confirmed the status in the “Processes” section.

With the “Accommodations Importer,” you can save time and reduce errors by integrating your “Airbnb” properties into “VRMS.” Take a few minutes to set everything up correctly and you’ll have a solid foundation to manage all your advertisements from one place.

Next step: review your imported accommodations in VRMS and adjust any details needed before publishing them.
