Avoid copying the number from PDF documents, as they may include hidden spaces or invalid characters.
Will it be visible to my guests?
Yes. The NRA will appear in the following places:
On your Avantio-managed website: It is displayed on the accommodation’s property page, under Other relevant information.
On connected portals: The number synchronizes with channels that have implemented compatibility with this regulation.
Currently, Booking (Full Connection) is the only portal that automatically retrieves the NRA from VRMS. For other portals, you must contact them directly to confirm their specific procedure.
Configuring the Unique Rental Registration Number in Avantio not only ensures compliance with legal requirements but also promotes transparency with guests and booking platforms. Keeping this information accurate and up to date is essential to avoid publication issues and ensure continuous listing visibility.
