Through Channel Manager synchronization, these elements are replicated across major portals and your Avantio website, preventing discrepancies between platforms.
Steps to add additional features
In the Avantio panel, open the accommodation file: VRMS → Accommodations → Short-term Rentals → Property list, and click the preview button on the property.
Go to the Additional features section.
Use the search form to find relevant options (for example, ski-in/ski-out access, LED lighting).
Select the desired features and confirm; they will be integrated automatically.
To remove one, simply uncheck the corresponding box and save the changes.
Key points to keep in mind
If you activate Extras (air conditioning, bed linen, parking, etc.), make sure they are also marked as additional features so the changes are saved correctly.
If you activate only the feature and not the Extra, inconsistencies may occur — for example, an icon might appear on your website without actually including the service, or vice versa.
Not all features are fully synchronized across every channel; check each portal’s specific compatibility.
Compatibility with external portals
Many of these features synchronize with portals such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or Expedia, though not all in the same way.
Consult the compatibility table to verify which ones are automatically applied.
