Cross Selling allows you to expand your catalog by adding accommodations from other Avantio customers and generate additional commissions without increasing your operational load.
To facilitate this management, you have a specific panel where you can manage bookings, activate accommodations, and configure how they are displayed on your web.

Cross Selling Bookings Panel
Access VRMS → Bookings → Cross Selling Bookings to view the panel. From there you can:
Review all bookings generated on your web corresponding to accommodations from your suppliers.
Check the settlement status of each booking.
Select a booking and mark it as settled when the supplier has made the payment according to the agreed conditions.
Attention to details
The commission amount will be displayed according to the percentage agreed between the companies, provided it was communicated at the start of the collaboration.
Price Increase in Cross Selling
If you want to increase the base price of your supplier's accommodations:
Contact the support team.
Indicate the percentage increase you wish to apply.
Specify the company you are working with and to which this increase will apply.
Select Which Accommodations to Publish
The Cross Selling module allows you to easily decide which accommodations will be displayed on your web.
Step-by-step to Activate Accommodations
Access the module VRMS → Accommodations → Short-term Rentals → Cross Selling between companies.
If you manage multiple webs, select on which you want to activate the accommodations.
Use the filters to locate the properties you are interested in.
To activate several accommodations at once, check the desired ones and click on "Activate selected accommodations."
You can also select all filtered from the "Select" column.
To deactivate accommodations, follow the same method.
Display on the Web
To comply with transparency regulations in certain countries, you can show in the listing details that the property comes from a third party.
There are two possible configurations:
Show that it comes from cross selling and indicate the name of the supplier agency.
Show only that it comes from cross selling, managed by your agency.
This information appears only in the listing details, below the description, and not in the search results listings.
