Best Practices
Export the list periodically to maintain an updated internal record.
Regularly use filters to detect trends by portal or booking status.
Take advantage of quick editing from the three-dot menu to resolve issues without needing to open each booking.
Change the status of multiple bookings at once
In the bookings list, you can update the status of multiple selected bookings at the same time. This feature allows you to manage your bookings more quickly and efficiently.
How to use it
Select the bookings you want to update.
You can select up to 10 bookings at a time. This limit ensures the system runs smoothly without performance issues.
Choose the status change action:
Pre-booking → Confirmed
Confirmed → Paid
Confirm the action in the modal that appears. The system will inform you of the result of the operation.
Possible results
All good ✅
All selected bookings have been successfully updated.
Example: you select 3 bookings, 1 confirmed and 2 cancelled, and change them to paid. The system shows success because the confirmed booking was updated correctly.
Needs attention ⚠️
Some bookings could not be updated.
Example: you select 3 pre-bookings and change them to confirmed, but one fails due to a reason such as an invalid status. The system will indicate which bookings need review.
Failed ❌
No bookings could be updated.
This may occur if all selected bookings are in a status that does not allow the change or if there is a general error.
Recommendations
Always review the result shown in the modal after performing the action.
If any booking fails, check its current status and fix any inconsistencies before trying the change again.
With the VRMS bookings list, you'll always have your bookings and requests under control, with faster, more organized, and efficient management.
