Manage the occupancy of multiple spaces from a single calendar
The Shared Calendar module allows you to link different accommodations that belong to the same property (for example, rooms, floors, or apartments within a house).
When a booking is registered in one of them, the system automatically blocks the others, preventing availability errors and ensuring more efficient management.

Set up the shared calendar step by step
Request the activation of the module from the support team.
Create all the accommodations that will participate in the VRMS (for example, each floor or room of a house).
Go to VRMS → Accommodations → Short-term Rentals → Property List and select the main property by clicking the full view button
.
Access the calendar of the main accommodation and go to the "Share calendar" section.
Add the accommodations that will share the calendar with this one.
Verify that the booking is correctly displayed in the linked accommodations as well.

Allows linking up to five accommodations.

Practical example: a house with three floors
Suppose a house with three floors that can be rented as a whole or in parts:
Accommodation 1Ground floor → capacity: 4 people → rate: €100
Accommodation 2Ground floor + first floor → capacity: 8 people → rate higher than €100
Accommodation 3Entire house (ground + first + second floor) → capacity: 11 people → rate higher than accommodation 2
Automatic blocks
If the ground floor is rented → accommodations 2 and 3 are blocked.
If accommodation 2 is rented → 1 and 3 are blocked.
If the entire house (accommodation 3) is rented → 1 and 2 are blocked.
With this system, the occupancy of the property will always be coordinated among all its rental options.

The system allows adding supplements per person according to the maximum configured capacity.
Periodically review the consistency of rates and photos among linked accommodations to avoid guest confusion.
