What the full connection allows

With the full connection, Avantio collects information from the VRMS and automatically sends it to Booking.com. This includes:

  • Property creation and assignment: you can add new accommodations or link existing ones on Booking.com with just one click.

  • Accommodation content: features, bed layout, and amenities set up in your VRMS.

  • Multiple rates: discounts, surcharges, non-refundable rates, or rates for additional guests.

  • Occupancy rules: number of guests allowed, minimum and maximum stay, check-in/out days and times.

  • Mandatory extras: tourist taxes, security deposit, final cleaning, internet, bed linen, cribs, heating, or air conditioning.

  • Availability and prices: real-time updates from the VRMS.

👉 Pay attention to the details: if you change something on Booking.com, the information will be overwritten by what's in Avantio. So, if you choose the full connection, always make changes from your VRMS.

Mandatory extras that always apply are synchronized: tourist tax, towels, bed linen, crib, heating, air conditioning, final cleaning, and internet. Pets and parking can be synchronized as optional extras, but their cost is not synchronized.

The cancellation policy selected in the Channel Manager is synchronized and transferred to Booking.com. You can set a different cancellation policy for each accommodation from the Channel Manager.
