Important Notes
Discounts and supplements will not be synchronized automatically via the single rate connection. Avantio VRMS can only send one base rate to Expedia.
To apply additional rates (e.g., non-refundable rates, supplements), these must be added manually and recalculated from the base rate. Your Expedia Account Manager will handle this setup before the connection is active.
Simple percentage discounts are synchronized automatically.
Example: A 30% discount applied between May 12–20.
