The Availability Planning is more than just a calendar: it's your main control panel. From here, you can view bookings, create blocks, move stays, or customize the view of your accommodations. It's an essential tool for working quickly, avoiding mistakes, and staying in control, especially if you manage multiple properties and channels.
What you can do from the Planning
The Planning allows you to act directly on accommodations and their bookings, without needing to access other sections.
Actions on the accommodation
Right-click next to the accommodation name to:
Access the accommodation file.
Check its rate.
Open or close sales.
Configure categories.
Actions on the calendar
Right-click on the accommodation line to:
Create a new booking and add it manually.
Block a period as unavailable.
Add an owner booking period.
Create an "Under Request" period (if you work in this mode).
Copy and paste blocks or bookings between accommodations.
Actions on a booking
Right-click directly on a booking to:
View the file (in the same tab or a new one).
Copy or move the booking to another period or accommodation.
Cancel it with a single click, with or without notifying the guest.
Attention to details
If you copy or move a booking from the planning, the amounts are not automatically recalculated. To update prices according to the new dates or accommodation, do so from the booking file.
Filters for more precise searching
The filter panel allows you to quickly locate accommodations or bookings. You can filter by:
Building.
Capacity.
Population.
Category or class.
Active on the web.
Features.
This gives you the flexibility to work only with the information you need at any given time.
Customize your view of the Planning
Every business has its own needs, and the planning can adapt to them:
Status colors: define colors for each type of booking (confirmed, pending, canceled, etc.) from "Company Configuration."
Custom categories: create labels like "Luxury," "Sea View," or "Center" and assign them a color. Then apply the category to each accommodation.
Time view: choose how to view the calendar:
Auto (3 months from the current date).
1, 2, or 3 months.
User (dates defined manually).
Quick buttons: use "Today" or "Go to a date" to move easily.
Cleaning status: a green or red circle next to the accommodation indicates if it's clean or pending. You can update it manually or set it for automatic updates.
Helpful tip
If a category does not have the "Show accommodation in planning" option marked, you will need to apply a manual filter each time you want to view it.
Create a new booking from the planning
Right-click on the accommodation line.
Select "Create new booking."
Complete the data in the form.
Save and check that the period appears blocked in the planning.
