How to Access Availability Search
In the VRMS sidebar, go to "Bookings."
Select the "Availability Search" option.
How to Perform a Search
You can choose a simple search or apply more advanced filters, depending on your needs.
Simple Search
Enter the check-in date, check-out date, and the number of adults.
Advanced Search
Add additional criteria such as category (if you have the categories module active), region or population, and type of accommodation.
Helpful Tip
If you use custom categories (for example, "with pool," "pet-friendly," or "beachfront"), you can use them as keywords in your searches.
Search Results
The results list will show:
Available accommodations.
Total price and average price per day.
Applied discounts and surcharges.
Current status of the accommodation.
Attention to Details
If an accommodation has no rates assigned, the price field will appear empty.
Create a Booking from the Results
Locate the desired accommodation in the list.
Click on the "+" icon in the "Actions" column.
The system will take you directly to the new booking creation page with pre-selected data.
