Set up Airbnb safety and property information in the Channel PRO
Safety is a priority for guests, and providing clear information about potential risks in your accommodation builds trust and prevents misunderstandings. With the 'Safety and Property' features in Channel PRO, you can easily indicate relevant conditions of your property to be displayed on Airbnb.
How to add Security and Property features in the Channel PRO
Your general settings will be applied as default to all of your connected listings.
Enter the Channel PRO
From the Channels tab, select configure under Airbnb
Click on Safety & Property
Tick the features that apply to all of your properties and add a brief description (optional in most cases)
Click save
To apply Safety & Property features per property:
Enter the 'Activation of accommodations' section
Select the specific property by clicking on the accommodation name
Scroll down to Safety & Property
Click edit
Tick the features that apply to this particular property and add a brief description (optional in most cases)
Click save
What information can be added
Safety devices
Security camera/recording device
Noise decibel monitor
Safety considerations
Climbing or play structure
Heights without rails or protection
Nearby lake, river, other body of water
May encounter potentially dangerous animals
Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock
Property info
Must climb stairs
Potential for noise
Pet(s) live on property
No parking on property
Some spaces are shared
Weapons on property
Amenity limitations
All descriptions are optional, except for the following features which require a mandatory description:
Weapons on property
Security camera/recording device
For these two feature types, you must insert a mandatory description confirming the location and detailed information about them.
Descriptions are limited to 300 characters.
