What can the owner view and manage in the Intranet?

The Owner Intranet provides each owner with access to key information about their property, bookings, and performance. As a management agency, it's essential to correctly define the permissions you grant, so they only see and manage what's relevant to them.

Access and permissions: the first thing you need to define

For an owner to use the Intranet, access and permissions must be configured beforehand. This ensures they will only see authorized information and, in certain cases, can perform basic actions.

Available permissions and functionalities

Each section of the Intranet has different permission levels (view, edit, create) that enable specific actions:

Calendar / Planning

  • Availability – View → See owner bookings and availability.

  • Availability – Create → Create and delete own bookings, as well as view availability.

  • Under Request Periods → Create bookings for under request periods.

Accommodations and photos

  • View → See accommodations and photo galleries.

  • Edit → Modify accommodations and photo galleries.

  • Create → Create new accommodations and galleries, as well as modify existing ones.

Settlements

  • View → See list and details of settlements, with download option.

Invoicing

  • View received → View and download received invoices.

  • View issued → View and download invoices issued in their name or to the guest.

Rates

  • View → See rates.

  • Edit → Modify rates.

Reports

  • View → Access monthly occupancy and net profit reports.

Bookings

  • Status → View only statuses authorized by the agency (default: confirmed, paid, and owner).

  • Price → Show or hide amounts according to the assigned permission.

  • Rent minus commissions / increments → View net amounts according to contract and portal configuration.

  • Total → View amount with extras included.

Booking panel / Additional information

  • Occupancy graphs and booking trends.

  • Booking source portal.

  • Customer information: email, phone, name.

  • Customer documentation: name, document number, nationality.

Visible sections in the Intranet

  • Dashboard: overall view of performance and occupancy.

  • Planning: calendar, availability, and personal blocks.

  • Settlements and invoicing: payments and invoices.

  • Accommodations and photos: viewing and management.

  • Bookings and customer information: booking status and authorized data.

  • Rates: price management.

  • Reports: key statistics.

  • Unified Inbox: centralized communication.

  • Notifications: configuration of types of alerts they wish to receive.

Practical tip

If you want to see the Intranet from a real owner's perspective, create a test accommodation and owner using an email that hasn't been used in Avantio yet.
