From Channel PRO, you can activate multiple portals in just a few steps and have your information automatically synced. Less hassle and more control, all in one place.
Step-by-step to activate the connection
The process consists of 5 guided steps:
Go to the portals section in Channel PRO.
Click the Connect button on the relevant portal.
Check the minimum requirements and confirm that you have an active contract with the portal (To request the connection, you must have already signed the collaboration contract).
Set up the general settings (release, price increase, display name, sync reviews yes/no, information requests: If you enable this option, you'll receive an email notification every time a guest requests information about one of your properties).
Click Next to complete the connection.
👉 After the general activation, you can customize the configuration for each property from the accommodations activation section.
After connecting with the portal, you should also contact them so they can proceed with the onboarding process, if applicable.
