Property Manager Requirements

To be eligible, the property manager must:

  • Professionally manage at least 35 private properties with 1+ bedrooms.

  • Provide 24/7 local support, professional cleaning, and maintenance.

  • Keep calendar availability and pricing up to date at all times.

  • Demonstrate a track record of reliability, safety, fast response times, and customer satisfaction.


Minimum Property Requirements

Each property must include:

  • High-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

  • Premium bedding and towels, plus bathroom amenities.

  • Complete physical address: street, city, country, and number.

  • Full property description.

  • Clearly stated cancellation policy.

  • High-resolution photos:

    • Minimum 800x500 pixels

    • At least 1 MB file size

    • At least one photo per room and one of the exterior

  • Minimum of 5 amenities per property.


Connection and Listing Requirements

  • Properties must support instant booking with real-time confirmation.

  • No links, references, or mentions of the manager’s website or brand are allowed, as bookings are made directly through H&V by Marriott Bonvoy.


Guest Communication

Marriott may request adjustments to emails sent by the manager to ensure every booking contains all necessary information. Adjustments should be applied whenever possible according to H&V guidelines.
