The KeyData Dashboard is an integration that allows Avantio users to access KeyData’s Market Dashboard directly.
This tool, free and exclusive for Avantio customers, provides essential market information for performance analysis and global benchmarking.
Why was this integration implemented?
The goal of this integration is to give you easy access to a professional market analysis tool without needing additional credentials. This way, you’ll enjoy a seamless, secure, fully integrated experience within Avantio.
In addition, Avantio maintains a contractual commitment with KeyData to ensure a minimum adoption rate of 70% among its customers, guaranteeing that this solution benefits the largest possible number of managers and administrators.
Who can use this feature?
Access to the KeyData Dashboard is available to the following profiles:
Administrator
Revenue manager
Other profiles will not see the corresponding item in the Revenue tab menu.
Where to find it
You’ll see a new menu item titled Market data with the subtitle by Key Data, which appears at the end of the menu in the Revenue tab.
How to activate and use your Key Data Dashboard
Follow these steps to request and access your personalized panel:
Go to
Revenue → Market data → by Key Data.When you click, a slide opens with the service benefits and conditions.
Accept the two mandatory terms and conditions checkboxes to proceed.
Click the Request for free button.
After sending the request, you’ll see a status message:
Success: A notice will indicate that your dashboard is being built and may take up to three days to be ready. KeyData will notify you by email when it’s available, and you’ll be able to access it directly from the Avantio menu.
It’s important to note that Avantio will not send notifications; only KeyData will.
While the dashboard is being generated and cannot redirect you to KeyData yet, the success message will remain visible.Error: If the request fails, you’ll see an error message.
When the dashboard is active, the menu item works as a direct link (CTA) that takes you to the KeyData panel in a new tab.
Attention to detail
The creation and customization of the dashboard depend exclusively on KeyData. In addition, activation requires your acceptance to send certain data to that platform.

Once you receive KeyData’s confirmation email, bookmark the link. This way you’ll have immediate access to your market data whenever you need it.
