Main data and credentials

Comercia Global Payments: Approved account and data managed directly between Comercia and Avantio.
Tilopay: Tilopay Key, Tilopay Password, Tilopay Proxy Key, and Tilopay User.
Ascent Payment Solutions: Client ID, Site ID, Key, Password, and Price ID.
SysPay: Account ID and Merchant ID.
Mercado Pago: User ID, Webhooks Secret Key, and Access Token.
Always treat these credentials as confidential information.
Limitations and considerations
Please note:
Avantio cannot complete the integration until the provider has approved your account.
Activation timelines are estimates.
The required documentation depends on the provider and the country.
Credentials must be for the production environment unless otherwise specified.
An incomplete, expired, or incorrectly copied credential can prevent the connection.
The integration may require involvement from both the provider and Avantio.
Some operations must be managed from the external platform dashboard.
Technical activation does not guarantee that all payment methods are enabled.
3D Secure settings may vary depending on the platform and operation mode.
Subsequent charges may require specific configuration.
You should not start processing real payments without completing a test first.
Before changing a platform that is already in use, check the impact on existing bookings and any pending charges.
Best practices
Use a business account, not a personal account.
Complete onboarding before requesting activation in Avantio.
Carefully check each credential before sending it.
Do not share passwords or tokens through unauthorized channels.
Keep the administrative contact for the platform up to date.
Limit access to only those who really need to manage payments.
Enable two-step authentication in the provider's dashboard when available.
Always make a test booking.
Check both the first payment and any subsequent payments.
Regularly review declined transactions.
Document your internal refund and chargeback process.
Notify Avantio and the provider if you change your bank account, legal entity, or credentials.
Avoid replacing an active connection during periods with a high volume of pending charges.
Practical example
A company decides to use Tilopay to manage bookings with multiple payments.
The company completes onboarding and chooses the E-commerce mode with CIT and MIT, since they want the guest to authorize the first payment with 3D Secure and have subsequent charges processed automatically.
After receiving the production credentials, the company provides Avantio with the Tilopay Key, Tilopay Password, Tilopay Proxy Key, and Tilopay User.
Avantio completes the setup and the company creates a test booking with two due dates. First, they verify the authentication of the initial payment, and then check that the second charge is processed as agreed.
Only after validating both payments do they start using the integration for real bookings.
Common Errors
The connection cannot be activated
Check that the account is fully approved by the provider and that you have completed all pending verifications.
The credentials are not valid
Make sure you have copied the full values, with no extra spaces, line breaks, or missing characters.
Also confirm that these are production credentials and not from a test environment.
The payment does not appear on the platform
Check that the booking uses the correct platform and that the transaction was actually sent.
Also review the payment status and any possible error messages.
3D Secure is not displayed
Authentication may depend on the card type, country, issuer, and platform configuration.
Confirm with the provider that 3D Secure is active on the account.
Subsequent payments are not processed
Check that the platform and operating mode allow for subsequent charges.
In Tilopay, check if E-commerce mode with CIT and MIT has been set up when necessary.
Mercado Pago is not receiving notifications
Check that:
The webhook URL is correct.
The Payments event is selected.
The secret key is valid.
Production credentials are active.
SysPay does not complete activation
Confirm that SysPay has received the correct Account ID and Merchant ID.
When SysPay activates the API module, notify Avantio so we can complete the integration.

If the integration isn't working as expected, check these points before contacting the Customer Experience team:
Make sure the account is approved and active.
Verify that there are no pending validations with the provider.
Check that the credentials are correct and complete.
Confirm you are using production credentials.
Check that the provider has activated the integration or API module.
Make sure the correct platform is linked to the payment configuration.

Make a new test booking if needed.
If the issue persists, create a ticket and include:
Company name.
Payment platform used.
Approximate date and time of the operation.
Booking identifier.
Amount and currency.
Payment status.
Full error message.
Screenshots.
Confirmation that onboarding is complete.
