Export Customer Data to Feratel Deskline
When managing accommodations in destinations that use Feratel Deskline, it's essential to comply with the obligation to send your guests' data to the corresponding community. With the direct connection from Avantio, you can automate this process and forget about manual tasks, saving time and gaining peace of mind.
What data is exported?
The system will automatically send the information required by the community:
First and last names of customers and guests
Type of customer/guest
Nationality
Address
Date of birth
Benefits
Quick and secure export of the required information.
Real-time tracking of each export's status.
Accessible history of completed exports.
Accessing the export module
Go to the «Reports» → «Export data» tab.
Select the Feratel Deskline option.
Initial setup (only the first time)
Before creating your first export, you must complete some mandatory information:
Feratel Accommodation ID / Registration number
Enter the number provided by Feratel for each accommodation.
You can do this from the Feratel module or directly in the list of accommodations.
Community ID / Region number
Works the same as the registration number.
If you don't have it, request it from Feratel.

Series
Create a range of registration sheets («Series») and assign it to one or more accommodations.
If you don't set it up, the system will use the range you previously entered by default.
Create and send the export
Access New Export.
Choose the information, period, and accommodations to export.
Confirm that the Community ID and the URL are correct.
The system will generate the file with the information and allow you to review it before sending.
⚠️ Important: It is only possible to export data from accommodations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Liechtenstein.
Error control
The system detects missing or incorrect data before completing the export. You can correct them directly from the same screen.
👉 Useful tip: If you don't understand an error message, contact Feratel directly, as these are standardized messages from their system.
Export history
From the Exports done tab, you can:
Review all created exports.
Download the files.
Delete submissions.
Send valid files directly to Feratel via web service.
💡 Keep in mind that each booking is exported individually. Therefore, the number of exports generated will equal the number of bookings selected.
When to export and send the data?
Feratel usually requests two submissions:
The day of arrival of the guest (check-in).
The day of departure of the guest (check-out).
If you export before departure, Feratel will mark the status as "planned departure." Only by re-exporting on the same day of check-out will the status change to "actual departure."
⚠️ Common error: If the data changes between the arrival and departure submissions, Feratel will show an error. Ensure both submissions contain exactly the same information.
Types of guests
Avantio sends two default types of codes to Feratel:
P = paying taxes
F = exempt from taxes
If your community needs additional codes, inform Support so they can be activated.
Activation of the export module
Activation is free of charge. You just need to:
Open a ticket in our support system.
Specify the type of interface you need (Meldeclient or Deskline).
Our team will activate the corresponding export.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send the guests' departure after the day of departure?
Yes, unless you have modified the data between the arrival and departure exports. In that case, Feratel will mark an error.
What happens if I don't create a "Series" in the initial setup?
The system will use the range of registration sheets you have set as default.
Can I export accommodations from any country?
No, only from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Liechtenstein.
How do I know if my export was successful?
The system will notify you of errors before completing the submission, and you can review the history in the Exports done tab.
How much does it cost to activate the export to Feratel?
Nothing, activation is free through a support ticket.
