Step by Step: How to Generate the File
Accommodation Record
Enter the accommodation identification code provided by the Questura.
Booking Record
Select the type of guest:
Ospite Singolo: single guest.
Capo Famiglia: guest including family members (you must add each one's details).
Capo Gruppo: guest including other group members (you must also add each one's details).
The default option is Ospite Singolo.
File Generation
Go to the Export data → Servizio Alloggiati module.
Click on New Export, select the accommodations, the check-in/check-out date range, and generate the file.
Two Modes of Export
Manual Export
The system only shows VRMS errors.
You have three options:
Ignore errors and continue.
Exclude records with errors and continue.
Cancel.
The file is generated and you must upload it manually to the portal.
Automatic Export
The system shows both VRMS errors and Portale Alloggiati errors.
Error messages will always appear in Italian.
Available options:
Exclude records with errors and continue.
Cancel.
The file is generated and sent automatically to the portal.
⚠️ Attention: if the access fields (Webservice user, pass, and key) are incomplete or incorrectly entered, the system will not allow activating automatic submission.

Not all agencies operate the same: some have a single access for all accommodations, others manage several with different credentials. To cover both cases, the system allows you to configure personalized access. This ensures that each export is sent with the correct credentials.
Types of Configuration Available
1. A Single Access for All Accommodations
Enter the general configuration with the Webservice user, pass, and key.
Select the category GEST. APPARTAMENTI.
No individual configurations are needed.
2. Differentiated Access by Accommodation
Activate the multi-user mode in
Servizio Alloggiati → Configuration → Personalized.Add different credentials (user, pass, key) for each accommodation.
Select the category APP. USO TURISTICO for each one.
If you forget to configure an accommodation, it will use the default general data.
3. Combination of Both Cases
Configure the general data with the credentials of the largest group.
Then add personalized access only for accommodations with different credentials.
You can link several accommodations to the same access if they share credentials.

Access Export data > Servizio Alloggiati > Configuration
Complete the general configuration (mandatory).
If applicable, add custom accesses in the corresponding section.
Select the correct category:
GEST. APPARTAMENTI for unique accesses.
APP. USO TURISTICO for individual accesses.
Save the changes.
Run a test export to verify everything is working.
Attention to Detail
General data must always be filled out, even if you use custom accesses.
If you don't complete the required fields, the system won't allow automatic export activation.
