Start Organizing Your Listing Clearly

When managing multiple accommodations in VRMS, having a well-organized listing isn't a luxury: it's a tool that frees you from manual work, allowing you to filter, edit, and structure everything quickly. This way, you avoid wasting hours on chaotic searches and can focus on what truly adds value to your business, like increasing bookings with properly configured properties.

What Does the Property Listing Offer?

In this listing, you'll see all your properties, active or inactive, in one place. You can:

  • Create new properties from scratch.

  • Import existing advertisements from Airbnb to integrate them directly into VRMS.

  • Export the entire listing as Excel or CSV when you need quick reports.

There are two views available:

  • Grid View (default): adapts responsively (two columns if there are few properties, or four if there are many).

  • Minimalist List View: with small images, ideal for lighter navigation.

Switch between them using the four-line icon at the top left.

Helpful Tip

If you manage many properties, start in the list view to speed up navigation; reserve the grid for when you need a visual review.

Filter and Sort for Greater Efficiency

The listing allows you to view all properties, active or not. With up to 12 different filters, you can refine results by city, neighborhood, type, status, and more. When you open the filter menu, you'll see very specific options.

Recently, the "Pending Actions" option was added, highlighting (in yellow) properties with incomplete configurations, such as missing gallery, rate, or occupancy rules. Clicking on it takes you directly to the step you need to complete. This way, you keep your portfolio always updated, which is crucial for integrations with portals via Channel PRO to work without errors.

Best Practices

Regularly check pending actions, don't let them pile up, to avoid future conflicts and keep everything organized.

Quick Actions from the Listing

Without needing to open each record, you can see essential information such as:

  • Main photo

  • Name

  • ID

  • City

  • Neighborhood

  • Type

  • Status (active/inactive)

Click on a row to access its full record, or on the three dots to see options like view availability, edit, or delete.

You can also select multiple properties using checkboxes in the left column and use the floating button to:

  • Assign or replace tags

  • Unassign tags

These tags are very useful in other modules (like Harmony) to segment and automate processes.

Regarding order: by default, it is shown from A to Z, but you can reverse it to Z to A using the "Sort by" option; useful if you want to highlight recent names or do a reverse review.

A responsive accommodation detail view has been recently improved, which includes:

  • Address: with the option to copy the link (usable, for example, in Inbox)

  • Calendar: purely informational (not interactive)

  • "Create Booking": redirects to the current booking interface with the accommodation already selected

  • Automatic translation of the record into all languages

The more complete the record, the fewer inquiries you'll have by email or phone, saving you time in the medium term.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean for a property to have pending actions?

It indicates that essential data is missing for its complete configuration (for example, gallery, rates, or occupancy). Clicking on the pending action takes you directly to complete those details, ensuring compatibility with other system modules.

Can I delete properties from the listing?

Yes: use the three dots located next to the property. However, it is recommended to deactivate it instead of deleting it, because deletion is irreversible and can affect linked bookings.

Can tags be applied to multiple properties simultaneously?

Exactly: select multiple with the checkboxes on the left and then apply or remove tags in bulk with the floating button.

What are the advantages of grid view over list view?

The grid view is more visual, ideal when you have few properties, as it shows larger images. The list view, on the other hand, is more efficient for handling extensive catalogs due to its compact design.
