More Visibility and Centralized Management for Your Monthly Rentals

The Long-term Rentals module is designed to showcase accommodations available for monthly rent on your website. Its purpose is to increase the visibility of these types of properties, centralize information in one place, and attract requests from customers interested in extended stays.

Benefits of Using the Module

  • Increase the exposure of your long-term rental properties on your website.

  • Simplify the management of prices, photos, and descriptions in one environment.

  • Turn your page into a more powerful channel for attracting requests for this type of rental.

Basic Configuration of the Long-term Rentals Module

Creating a long-term rental accommodation is very similar to creating a short-term rental. The main difference lies in the configuration of the price and minimum stay.

  • The price is always defined as monthly.

  • The minimum stay is set in months.

Step-by-step to Register a Long-term Rental Accommodation

  1. Access in the VRMS: Accommodations → Long-term Rentals → Property List.

  2. In the "General Data" section, complete the following fields:

    • Name

    • Total Price

    • Activation Status

    • Minimum Rental (months)

    • Owner

  3. In the "Accommodation Location" section, complete the requested information, for example:

    • Type of Accommodation

    • Area / Building

    • Country

    • State / Region

    • Street Name

    • Province

    • Postal Code (and other available fields)

  4. Check on the map that the geolocation is correct. If not, click "Change" (at the top of the screen) to set it manually:

    1. Click and drag the house icon to the correct location.

    2. Keep the "Validate" box checked to confirm.

  5. Complete the sections of the "Main Features" and "Surroundings and Distances" tabs.

  6. Click "Save" (located in the upper left corner of the screen).

  7. If at any time you need to modify a property detail, use the "Change" button at the top of the accommodation file.

Once the accommodation is created:

  • Complete the descriptions and photos so your website displays attractive and detailed information.

  • Create a photo gallery following the same steps as for short-term rentals.

  • Use the "Actions" menu to add new images or edit existing ones.

Helpful Tip

Professional photos increase requests. We suggest following these image recommendations.

How Prices Are Displayed on the Web

On the website, the price will always appear as monthly.

Example:

  • Even if you set a minimum rental of 6 months, a tourist can send a request for 2 months.

Attention to Details

  • Long-term rentals do not have a dynamic calendar, only allowing period blocks to be entered.

  • They do not allow associated extras.

  • They are only published on your website, not on external portals.

  • This module is included starting from the Web Premium package. It can also be added to other packages at an additional cost.

Best Practices

  • Publish a wide and varied portfolio of properties: the more options, the more requests.

  • Periodically review descriptions and photos to keep the information attractive and up-to-date.

  • Take advantage of shorter period requests as a business opportunity: even if they don't meet the minimum stay, they can turn into interesting bookings.

The Long-term Rentals module is an effective tool to increase the visibility of your monthly rental properties, simplify management from a single environment, and attract customers interested in extended stays.

Its implementation allows you to transform your website into a solid channel for generating business opportunities.
