Analyse and improve your listings with the Airbnb Quality Dashboard
The Airbnb Quality Dashboard is designed to provide a global view of your Airbnb listings and connected accounts and will allow you to effectively understand and monitor the quality of your listings directly from the Avantio Channel PRO. You can use the Quality Dashboard to gain insights into guest feedback, performance trends and make strategic decisions in order to improve your listings.
How to access the Airbnb Quality Dashboard
Enter the Channel PRO
From the Performance Centre on the left-hand side, click on Quality Dashboard
There are several aspects that are taken into account which relate to the overall quality of your properties and these are broken down as follows:
Reviews
Review tags
Listings with incidents (violations)
Negative tags related to violations or infractions committed (accommodation status)
From this section, you will be able to view the quality related information in three different ways:
Global level - The total of all of your connected accounts
Account level
Property level
If you only have one Airbnb account connected through the Channel PRO, you will not see the global view as this view considers multiple accounts and their total score.
Search filters
There is a search filter found at the top right of the Quality Dashboard that allows you to specify what information you wish to view. You will be able to filter by:
Account
Accommodation
Note that, if you apply the Account filter, you will only have the listings associated to that account available to choose from.
Reviews
In this section, you will be able to see the average review score per category which then makes up the overall score shown on the left hand side. The maximum value for each is 5.
In addition to the overall score, you will see the percentage of positive and negative review tags that have been received for each category. The green bar represents the positive tags reported, whilst the red bar displays the negative tags (learn more about these review tags below).
Taking all of these metrics into account, the overall review score is established and the colour of the star confirms the performance level based on Airbnb’s rating system.
Green: Congratulations, your overall score is higher than 4.8
Yellow: Your overall rating is below the average (4.5 - 4.8)
Red: Your overall rating is low (less than 4.5) and this could impact your listing performance and visibility
Review tags
From this same section, click on 'show review tags' to view the labels added by guests when reviewing their stay. Here you will have a more detailed view highlighting both the positive and negative aspects of the reviews and these will be specified in two ways:
The total number of positive and negative tags for each category
A breakdown of all tags received in each category e.g. pristine kitchen, clear instructions, needs maintenance, dirty bathroom etc.
The negative tags can help you prioritise which issues need to be addressed in order to improve your listing quality.
Violations
In this section you can see other types of tags (all negative), associated with problems that guests have experienced during their stay. To do this, you must position the cursor over each of the categories.
Accommodation status
Here you can see the status of the account or the quality status of the listing and this provides an overview of how many Airbnb listings fall into each category. It is recommended that, if you have quality status issues i.e. any that are not described as good, you should contact Airbnb's Customer Support team to review their quality standards. This will ensure that you avoid any further penalties or suspensions.
If the property or account does not have a status, this means that Airbnb has not reported any and the status section will be empty.
