Find What You Need in Seconds
The VRMS search and quick access tools are designed to help you locate information in seconds and go directly to the most frequently used features. With these tools, you can optimize your time and manage your Operations more efficiently.
How the Search Works
Bookings: search by ID or Reference.
Accommodations: enter the full or partial name.
Customers: search by name.
Owners: also by name.
Pay Attention to the Details
If you enter numbers, the system understands you want to search only Bookings.
If you enter text, the search will apply to Customers, Owners, and Accommodations.
You must type at least three characters for results to appear.
Results for Bookings
All Bookings containing the entered digits are displayed.
The stay date and Accommodation name are shown.
The searched term appears highlighted in bold.
Clicking on a Booking opens it directly in a new tab.
Results for Customers, Accommodations, or Owners
The search displays all matches for the entered text.
If there are results in multiple categories, they appear divided by sections.
The order of the categories is intelligent: those with fewer results appear first (for example, a Customer before ten Accommodations).
Within each category, results are listed alphabetically.
How Quick Access Works
Availability search: check availability by Accommodation, dates, capacity, or region.
Next week’s arrivals: list of all expected arrivals, with filters by Accommodation, region, language, date, or Customer.
Generate documents: access Templates for Bookings (Confirmations, cancellations, etc.), with options to view, print, or send by email.
New booking: form to manually create a new Booking.
New accommodation: form to add a new Accommodation.
Opportunities: create personalized commercial proposals based on guest requests, with the option to apply discounts and send the proposal by email.
Payments to receive in the last month: summary of pending or completed collections, searchable by payment date, status, and Accommodation.

With them, you can easily locate Bookings, Customers, Owners, and Accommodations, as well as access the most frequently used functions directly—ensuring a faster and more productive workflow.
