Pricing and Payments

ℹ️ Image hiding criteria:


As a general rule, Blueground hides images with insufficient resolution or those containing watermarks, logos, branding elements, identifying information, people, or pets. In addition, their team performs manual quality checks and may hide any photo they consider to be of insufficient quality or with an unsuitable framing or perspective.

📅 Booking Process

  • The guest books online with instant confirmation.

  • You receive all details in Avantio + email.

  • For stays of 30+ days, you can request a guest review and cancel within 48 hours if necessary.

❌ Cancellation Policy (stays of 30+ days)

🗓️ ≥ 30 days before check-in

  • Guest: 10% penalty

  • Owner: No payment

🗓️ < 30 days before check-in

  • Guest: Penalty = 1 month’s rent

  • Owner: Receives 1 month’s rent (less commission)

🔌How can I connect with this portal?

  1. Create an account on the portal (Outside Avantio)
    Register as a manager on the portal's website.

  2. Sign the contract
    Accept the terms and sign the contract sent by the portal.

  3. Complete onboarding if a step available from the portal
    Upload photos, descriptions, and necessary data. Some portals offer an onboarding call.

  4. Connect from ChannelPro
    Go to Portals - ChannelPro → Blueground→ Follow the steps indicated there.
