Yes, but the exact address is only shared after the booking is made.

CHECK24 synchronizes approximately 700 services and features from Avantio.

Yes, room layouts and bed types.

Do they show real-time availability on their portal?

Yes, on the property detail page.

Do they show minimum and maximum stay?

Yes.

Do they synchronize and display allowed check-in and check-out dates?

Yes.

What official services/extras do they support?

Heating, air conditioning, parking, extra beds, heated pool, bed linen, towels, internet access, pets, final cleaning, deposit (refundable), crib, late arrival, tourist tax, high chair, cleaning and disinfection, certified disinfection, disinfection.

What types of extra services do they support?

Mandatory and optional extras.


Discounts and Supplements

What types of discounts and supplements do they support?

Simple discount, long stay discount, early booking discount (before a specific date), early booking discount (X days before check-in), last minute discount, simple supplement, short stay supplement, extra occupant supplement, single occupancy supplement.

What night stay criteria do they support for discounts and supplements?

More than X nights, exactly X nights, less than X nights.

Rates

How are prices calculated in their system?

Prices are calculated in real time and displayed in the listing.

How will the final price be displayed on their portal (breakdown)?

Total price with a breakdown of included services and excluded costs to be paid on arrival. Optional services are shown separately.

What currencies does the portal support?

All currencies are supported.

Do they have requirements for minimum or maximum stay duration?

Maximum stay of 90 days.

Do they support prices with and without VAT?

Total prices are always shown with VAT included.

Onboarding process

The onboarding process for new partners is simple and fully digital.

1. Registration

Registration is easy via the following link:
https://partner.ferienwohnung.check24.de/user/login

After setting up your login credentials, make sure to select “Avantio” as your Channel Manager and enter all required information directly online.

2. Company information

Please provide the following details in the form:

  • Company information

  • Contact person

  • Tax information

If you are a professional agency, make sure to change the account type to “professional” during configuration. You will also need to accept the Terms and Conditions. There is no need to sign a separate contract.

3. Email address

An email address is required to complete the connection.

Important: use the same email address you use with Avantio.

4. Completing onboarding

Once your account setup is 100% complete, connect to the portal via Avantio Channel PRO. After finishing the connection, activate your accommodations.

5. Go Live

Once the data transfer has been completed successfully, your properties will be published and available for booking immediately.
