Before connecting
It is compulsory to contact OpenBooking and have an agreement in place prior to connecting through the Channel Manager of Avantio. Once the connection has been finalised, the portal will be rightfully connected on your list of portals in Channel Manager. Without this agreement, the connection with Avantio will not be possible.
What is synchronised
We can implement every feature from Avantio that makes sense on a meta-search. We don't have any specific limitations regarding interfacing with Avantio.
Onboarding & Connection
New providers must be associated with a tourist region that has a contract with OpenBooking. Usually they need to make an inquiry at their local or regional tourist office.
The onboarding process takes 24 hours and it's a custom process.
