How to connect each platform

Integration guide for Stripe

  1. Create a Standard account directly on Stripe.

  2. Once created, contact our Customer Experience team via ticket to receive your connection link.

Activation time: Same day once your Standard account is activated.

Integration guide for Comercia Global Payments

  1. Email [email protected] to start the process.

  2. Comercia will manage your onboarding and contact us to provide the necessary data.

Activation time: Approximately one week, depending on Comercia’s onboarding process.

Integration guide for Tilopay

  1. Contact Tilopay by emailing [email protected] to begin the onboarding process.

  2. Once completed, send Avantio the following details:

    • Tilopay Key

    • Tilopay Password

    • Tilopay Proxy Key

    • Tilopay User

  3. Choose the operating mode that best fits your business:

    • 3DS v.2: The guest must authorize each payment with 3DS.

    • Ecomm (CIT & MIT): The guest authorizes only the first payment with 3DS; subsequent payments are processed automatically.

  2. Once completed, send us the following credentials:

Step-by-step integration with SysPay

  1. Email [email protected] and provide the required documentation (listed on their website).

  2. SysPay will request two key credentials, which you can obtain from our Customer Experience team by submitting a support ticket:

    • Account ID

    • Merchant ID

  3. Once onboarding is complete, SysPay will activate the API module for payment processing.

  4. When ready, notify us so we can finalize the integration and enable live transactions.

Activation time: A few days, depending on the completion of SysPay’s onboarding process.

Integration guide for Mercado Pago

  1. Log in to your Mercado Pago account
    Sign in with your business account and go to the “Integrations” section.

  2. Access the integrations section
    In the top menu, select Your Business → Integrations. There, you’ll see a panel displaying the applications connected to your account.

  3. Copy your User ID
    Within the connected application, locate the User ID field and copy its value.

  4. Set up the Webhooks
    In the Webhooks section, configure the URL that you should request from our Customer Experience team via a support ticket.

    • In “Events”, select the “Payments” option.

    • In the “Secret Key” field, copy the value corresponding to your Webhooks Secret Key.

  5. Obtain your Access Token
    Go to “Production Credentials” and copy the value from the “Access Token” field. This is the final piece of information needed to complete the connection.

  6. Enter the data in Avantio
    Once you have the three required pieces of information:

    • User ID

    • Webhooks Secret Key

    • Access Token
      Provide these details to our Customer Experience team via a support ticket so we can activate Mercado Pago in your account.

Activation time
Immediate; once the credentials are received and configured in the connection wizard, the system becomes operational. A test booking is then performed to verify that payments are working correctly.
