Activating our integrated partners comes with an additional cost, but it gives you the flexibility to choose the option that best suits your business.

Keep all the benefits you have with your bank or directly with Redsys and only pay a small transaction fee in Avantio—with the assurance of fully automated and secure payments.

RedSys via Worldline

How to connect each platform

Connection guide for Redsys via Worldline

  1. Before starting, check with us to confirm compatibility with your bank and ensure you can operate with Redsys.

  2. We’ll provide you with the contract, and once signed, request the following from your bank:

    • Activation of the SIS REST PSPS protocol.

    • Association of your merchant in Redsys with PSP OGONE SIS REST CON MPI EXTERNO.

    • Activation of MIT and MOTO operations (the latter are required for portal transactions).

    • Enable 3DS v2 for payment methods.

    • Enable pre-authorizations (useful for deposit holds and releases).

  3. Once confirmed, send us the following details:

    • Merchant ID or FUC

    • MCC Code (Merchant Category Code)

    • Terminal number

    • Available payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)

    • Acquirer BIN VISA

    • Acquirer BIN Mastercard

    Estimated activation time
    ​A few days or weeks, depending on your bank, POS configuration, and platform activation.

Attention to detail

  • If your acquiring bank is BBVA, you must enable the optional CVC protocol.

  • If your bank has any doubts, they can contact us at [email protected].

Connection guide for PowerTranz

  1. To start the integration process with PowerTranz (the FAC version supporting 3DS v2), you must have an operational website to test both in sandbox and live environments.

  2. PowerTranz replaces the previous FAC integration, which only supported 3DS v1.

  3. Request the following credentials to continue:

    • PowerTranzId

    • PowerTranzPassword

  4. Once you receive this information, notify us to complete the integration process.

Connection guide for Amazon Payment Services

  1. Contact Amazon to formalize the contract and begin the integration process.

  2. To activate the payment gateway, we’ll need the following credentials:

    • MerchantId

    • AccessCode

    • ShaRequest

    • ShaResponse

  3. Important: Ask the platform to enable tokenization.

Attention to detail
All payments processed through this gateway will use 3DSecure by default.

​Estimated activation time: a few days, depending on the completion of the platform’s onboarding process.

Connection guide for Axerve

  1. You can contact Axerve and also request the Tokenization service.

  2. Once the contract is formalized, you’ll gain access to Axerve’s intranet/back office.

  3. From there, you’ll be able to obtain the credentials needed to activate the platform:

    • ShopLogin

    • ApiKey

  4. Provide us with this information to complete the integration process and start operating with your payment gateway.

Estimated activation time: Same day once we confirm the details provided by the platform.
