What type of services/extras do they support?

System extras included in the price.

IMPORTANT extras limitation

Mandatory extras created by the user are not compatible with Livjaza. Therefore, they will not be included in the price calculation for reservations made through the portal.

However, when registering the reservation in the VRMS, our system does take into account all configured mandatory extras, which results in a price discrepancy between the two systems.

These extras must be manually removed from the reservation record so that the price matches the actual amount agreed on the portal.

This limitation is specific to the portal.

What types of discounts and supplements do they support?

Questions about prices/rates

How are prices calculated in their system?

Prices are calculated in real time and displayed on the listing.

How will the final price be displayed on their portal (breakdown)?

Only the cleaning fee and the pet fee will be displayed; the other fees will be combined with the base rate and shown as a subtotal.

What currencies does the portal support?

All currency conversions are supported.

What payment methods do they support?

Managed by them.

Do they have any requirements in terms of minimum or maximum stay?

Yes, if nothing is added, by default it will be a minimum of 1 night and a maximum of 36 nights.

Do they support prices with VAT included and prices without VAT?

Yes.
