Future Reservations Export

This article explains which information must be included in your future reservations export so our team can correctly process and import your bookings into Avantio.

To import your reservations into Avantio, we require a report exported from your PMS or booking channels containing, at minimum, the following information:

Required Information per Reservation

✅ Property name

✅ Check-in date

✅ Check-out date

✅ Reservation status

✅ Guest's first and last name

✅ Guest language

✅ Number of guests

✅ Total reservation amount

✅ Amount paid (if applicable)

✅ Channel commission (if applicable)

✅ Source channel (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Website, etc.)

✅ Reservation ID or reference (recommended for reservations originating from online channels)

Don't Have a PMS?

If you manage reservations directly through booking channels, you can obtain the required information from the following reports:

Booking.com: Extranet → Reservations → Filter future reservations → Export reservation list.

Vrbo: Access the Reservations (Reservations / Bookings) or Reports section of your account and export a list of future reservations. The exact report name and location may vary depending on your account type and market.

Airbnb: Download the Transaction History CSV from Airbnb. This report typically includes the most relevant information required for reservation imports, such as reservation ID, guest details, stay dates, total reservation amount, channel commission, and net payout received.

Important: Some channels may not include all requested information (for example, guest language or channel commission). In that case, send us the most complete report available, and our team will review it before the import.

Important

  • Please send future reservations only.

  • If historical reservations need to be imported, a separate file will be required.

  • Verify that the exported data is accurate before sending it.

  • If your PMS cannot export some of these fields, send us the available file and we will review it.
