This feature gives property administrators full visibility over who is accessing the system. Its main benefits include:
Immediate detection: Instantly identifies if an unauthorized user is created.
Complete traceability: Know exactly who performed the action, from which IP, and at what time.
Increased security awareness: Keep proactive control over your work environment.
Who receives these alerts?
Notifications are sent exclusively to users with the Administrator role.
Automatic activation: They are enabled by default for all current and future administrators, with no manual setup required.
Multi-company: If you manage multiple companies, you will receive individual notifications for each Company where you have the administrator role.
Delivery and email details
The system is designed to be fast and accurate:
Instant delivery: The email is sent the moment the new user is created.
IP identification: The system captures the real public IP of the person requesting the creation, even if a proxy is used. If the IP cannot be identified, the email will display "IP not identified", but the alert will still be sent to ensure security is not compromised.
Time format: The date and time of the event will be shown in the
dd/mm/yyyy HH:mmformat, always adjusted to the time zone set in your account.

If you receive a notification about a user you did not authorize, we recommend following these steps:
Log in to your Avantio account immediately.
Delete the newly created user.
Change the password of the account that created the user, using a secure combination.
Do not share or forward the alert email to unauthorized third parties.
