Why?
Spanish regulations require property managers to register a tourist license number and/or an NRA (Rental Registration Number) for each advertisement. However, certain types of accommodations are legally exempt from one or both requirements, depending on the autonomous community where the property is located.
You can register and report the reasons for exemption so that your advertisements appear as compliant on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo.
Benefits
Avoid suspensions or penalties for not having registration numbers
Stay compliant with Spanish regional regulations according to each autonomous community
Automatically communicate exemption reasons to connected channels (Airbnb, BCOM, Vrbo, Marriott…)
Reduce manual exchanges with portals regarding registration compliance
Compatible with all regions of Spain, with specific exemption options for each autonomous community
Who is this for?
