Step 1. Receive the commercial proposal

  • Our sales team prepares a proposal tailored to your business profile.

  • You review the pricing structure and MCP (Multi-Currency Processing) benefits.

  • Once the contract is signed, your onboarding officially begins.

Gather and provide the required documents:

  • Company registration details (legal name, CIF/NIF, address, email, phone, company type).

  • Incorporation date and proof of registration.

  • Details of owners with more than 25% ownership and their participation percentage.

  • Identification documents and proof of address.

  • Bank statement with IBAN, BIC, and account holder.

  • SEPA form: confirmation of the IBAN for compliance purposes.

Operational data: percentage of online/in-person transactions, estimated refund or chargeback volume, maximum booking value from the past year, and main cancellation policy.

Step 3. Review and validation

  • Avantio’s specialists analyze the submitted documentation.

  • A risk assessment is carried out, and your account profile is completed.

Step 4. Configure Avantio Payments

What happens if I switch from another provider to Planet?

Tokenized cards from your previous provider are not transferred automatically. You’ll need to charge those guests outside the system or request their card details again to tokenize them in Planet.
