Activate the Non-Refundable Policy on Airbnb through Avantio Channel PRO
Offer more competitive prices without compromising your security. With the non-refundable policy, you can give guests the option to book at a lower price, but with much stricter cancellation conditions.
What is the non-refundable policy?
In addition to Airbnb’s standard cancellation policies, you can now add a discounted non-refundable option. By doing so:
Guests will see two prices before booking: the standard rate and the reduced non-refundable rate
If a guest cancels a booking made at the non-refundable rate, the rental amount will not be refunded. However, the cleaning fee will be refunded if the cancellation is made before the arrival date
How to set up the non-refundable policy
Go to Channel PRO and open the Channels tab
Click Configure under Airbnb
Select the Cancellation Policies section
Enable the Non-Refundable Policy option to activate it and enter the discount to be applied
Click Apply and Save
The non-refundable policy can also be set up per accommodation:
Go to the 'Accommodations Activation' tab
Select the accommodation and click to edit the cancellation policies
Enable the non-refundable policy and apply the discount following the same steps as above
How guests see it
Non-refundable rates are shown alongside the standard refundable rate, giving guests a clear choice.
Airbnb displays this as a discount, usually around 10%, which is applied in addition to any other promotion or active discount you may have set up.
Availability windows - according to your cancellation policy
The specific availability window depends on the general cancellation policy set for your listing. The available options are shown below:

The Super Strict 30/60 day policies are not compatible with this type of discount.

The non-refundable policy will only sync if you have selected the FULL connection type from Channel PRO.
