When managing bookings, collections, and payments, having clarity about the health of your finances is key. The Accounting Health Dashboard offers you that peace of mind: a space where you can quickly check if everything is set up correctly, if you have alerts to resolve, and how your actual cash flow is doing.

What is the Accounting Health Dashboard?

The Accounting Health Dashboard is a module that centralizes critical information about your business. From here you can:

  • Verify that all your configurations are complete.

  • Track pending payments to collect or issue.

  • Precisely control financial flow, avoiding surprises.

Its goal is simple: to help you minimize money in transit and ensure your actual earnings are always under control.

Where can you find it?

Accessing the Dashboard is very easy:

  1. From your main panel, open the right side menu.

  2. Click on Accounting > Accounting Health.

How to interpret your dashboard

At the top, you'll find a summary with the key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Selected period: shows the dates you are analyzing (by default, the last month).

  • Configurations: list of alerts about pending adjustments in the system.

  • Collections: payments you should receive.

  • Payments: pending commitments you need to cover.

  • Progress bar: reflects the overall accounting health level according to open alerts.

Accounting health levels

  • 0% to 35% → Critical

  • 35% to 85% → Needs Improvement

  • 85% to 100% → Optimal

Customize the date range

You can adjust the dates to focus on a specific range:

  1. Click on the filter in the upper right corner.

  2. Select the start date in the "From" field.

  3. Select the end date in the "To" field.

  4. Define the entities you want to include (owners, customers, rates, portals).

  5. If needed, press Clear to reset the filter.

Alerts

Each alert represents a pending configuration, a collection to receive, or a payment you need to make.

Some common examples:

  • Owners: accommodations without a contract, expired contracts, or bookings without a valid contract.

  • Portals: bookings without commission, unconfigured portals, or pending payments.

  • Customers: accounts receivable and unsettled refunds.

  • Suppliers: overdue payments.

  • Taxes: pending settlements.

Each alert includes an action button that takes you directly to the corresponding section of the system to resolve it.

Resolving alerts

When you resolve an alert, the change is not immediately reflected on the dashboard. It's normal for it to take some time to update.

👉 Helpful tip: group the resolution of similar alerts to save time and reduce the risk of forgetting.

How to achieve optimal accounting health

To keep your dashboard in the green and your business under control, make sure to:

  1. Set up all contracts for your accommodations.

  2. Settle pending accommodations.

  3. Define supplier rules and payments.

  4. Review collections and payments that should have already been processed.

If you manage to keep your alerts at zero, your dashboard will show an optimal status, and you'll have the assurance that your money is up to date.
