From Booking Details to Strategic Vision: Precisely Control Occupancy and Rates
The Planning Revenue is a tool designed to efficiently manage the occupancy and rates of your accommodations. It allows you to switch from the Availability Planning, view key indicators, check amounts, adjust occupancy rules, and resolve orphan days. Additionally, it sets which profiles have access, defines the scope of changes, and details how to act when there are shared rules. Its goal is to centralize management and maximize the performance of your sales.

Use Cases
Case No. 1: accommodation without shared gallery
If it does not share an occupancy rule, only that accommodation and period are updated. If it shares, a new rule exclusive to that accommodation is generated. The name of the new rule is formed with the name of the accommodation; the periods are imported as they were in the previous rule.
Case No. 2: accommodation with shared gallery
Accommodations connected by Channel Manager/ChannelPRO form a multi-unit group and share a rule. The change automatically applies to all accommodations in the group.
The Planning Revenue focuses on the visualization of occupancy and rates, allowing quick action on prices and occupancy rules by date, and facilitates the profitability of the accommodations.
Understanding how to apply filters, interpret cells, resolve orphan days, and manage shared rules is essential for efficient and smooth operation.
