I am having issues with 2FA
If you cannot log in because 2FA is not working (change of device, app deleted, incorrect codes, etc.), you will need to reset it.
Steps to reset 2FA (administrator users only):
Access the VRMS (with a user who has the Administrator role).
Go to Settings → Users.
Select the profile of the user for whom you want to reset 2FA.
In the 2FA field, click RESET.
Enter the Administrator password and confirm the action.
Once you have followed these steps: The user will have up to 5 days to reconfigure two-step verification. If 2FA is not configured within those 5 days, the system will automatically block access and will not allow login.
IMPORTANT:
Only users with administrator role can reset 2FA for other accounts.
Common login errors
If you are unable to log in, try these basic steps:
Clear your browser's cookies and cache, then try logging in to VRMS again.
Log in from an incognito window.
Log in from another device or browser.
Ensure that you do not have a VPN or extensions that block enabled scripts.
