Effectively Track Your Opportunities and Turn Them into Bookings
The Opportunities module in VRMS allows you to accurately track the business proposals you generate. With different views and management options, you can control each phase of the process, keep your opportunities organized, and act in time to not miss any potential bookings.
Display Options
List View
Access VRMS → Customers → Opportunities.
Select the "List View" icon
(horizontal lines in blocks).This view shows all the details of the created opportunities.
From the "Actions" button, you can edit and update the status of each one.
Kanban View
Within the same module, select the "Grid View" icon
.This view is more visual and interactive.
It allows you to drag each opportunity card to the column that corresponds to its current status.
Helpful Tip
Use the Kanban view when managing multiple opportunities simultaneously; this way, you'll have a clearer control of where each proposal stands.
Change the Status of an Opportunity
Once sent, the opportunity automatically moves to the Waiting for Response status.
From that point, you must manually update the statuses:
In the Kanban view, by dragging the card to the corresponding column.
In the List view, by directly editing the opportunity.
Attention to Detail
Expired opportunities are highlighted with a red box so they don't go unnoticed.
Best Practices
Review opportunities in "Waiting for Response" status daily to avoid losing interested customers.
Avoid accumulating expired proposals: archive or delete them to keep your inbox clean.
Adjust discounts to the customer's profile: a bigger discount doesn't always guarantee the sale; sometimes a personalized message is more effective.
With this module, you can track each proposal in detail, know its status in real-time, and make timely decisions to close more sales.
It's the most practical way to keep all your opportunities organized and not let any bookings slip away.
