If you’re planning to use Beyond Pricing and need to connect it with your Avantio VRMS account, this guide will help you complete the integration. Below, you’ll find the essential steps to enable the connection, sync your data correctly, and prevent the most common issues during the configuration process.

Before you start
Before connecting your accommodations with Beyond Pricing, we recommend reviewing these requirements to avoid issues during import:
If you’ve recently added accommodations in Avantio, wait at least 24 hours before connecting them with PriceLabs.
Make sure each accommodation has at least one photo assigned in Avantio, especially if they are new properties.
Check that accommodations are assigned to a rate season in Avantio before importing them.
If any of these requirements are not met, accommodations may not import correctly into Beyond Pricing.
Follow these steps
First, you must have an active agreement with the relevant partner.
During the configuration process, the partner may ask you for access credentials. When this happens, you’ll need to contact our support team so we can generate them for you.
Once generated, we’ll send you the credentials so you can provide them directly to the partner.
The credentials you’ll need are:
Username
Password
Provider ID
These credentials will allow you to establish the connection between Beyond Pricing and Avantio.
How to connect Beyond Pricing with Avantio
Once you have your connection credentials, follow these steps in the Beyond Pricing platform:
Log in to your Beyond account.
You’ll see the option to link your Avantio account.
Enter your credentials and click "Connect your Avantio account".
Expected result
Once the connection is complete, your Avantio accommodations will appear in the Beyond dashboard like this:
In the Avantio system, under the Revenue tab, you will see the 'Beyond Pricing' label:
Data synchronization
When the connection between Avantio and Beyond Pricing is active and working correctly, both platforms will automatically sync information:
Beyond imports property data and booking history.
The system analyzes historical bookings, market demand, and pricing trends.
Beyond generates recommended nightly prices.
Prices can be automatically adjusted based on demand signals and market trends.
You can review and modify pricing configurations through the platform’s Dashboard.
Your new accommodations may take up to 24 hours to appear in your Beyond account. If they still don’t show up after that, you can click 'Refresh' in your Beyond account. Click here for more information on when to refresh your account and why.

Avantio sends Beyond Pricing the necessary information so Beyond Pricing can access and work with the connected accommodations:
List and details of accommodations
List and details of bookings
Booking updates
Availability
Occupancy rules

Gallery associated with an accommodation (to identify shared galleries)

Beyond Pricing sends Avantio the updates generated from its platform:
Availability updates
Creation and update of rates
Creation, update, and assignment of occupancy rules
Limitations and considerations
Synchronization between Avantio and Beyond Pricing is not immediate. Data is updated and synced once a day, so some changes may take time to appear on both platforms.
Best practices
To prevent opportunistic guests from booking at a low rate before our prices have had a chance to reach your Calendar, we recommend setting an artificially high Base Price in your Avantio account.
For example:
If you block dates and then unblock them later, there’s a brief period when our prices won’t be applied to your account. Setting an artificially high base price will ensure guests don’t book at a low rate.
