Quick Access, Active Session, and Instant Notifications for Your Collaborators
The new Suppliers APP gives your external collaborators faster and more convenient access to the Intranet.
They no longer need to open the browser or enter credentials each time: they can pin the app on their devices, keep the session active, and receive push notifications like any other app.
Everything is designed to streamline communication and simplify daily management.
What is the Suppliers APP Mode?
The APP mode allows suppliers to install the Intranet on their mobile, tablet, or computer as if it were just another application. This way, they can keep the session open and access it directly from an icon on the home screen.
Main Benefits
Quick Access: one click from the APP icon.
Less Friction: ability to keep the session open.
Better Communication: receive push and bell notifications.
Brand Image: with white label, the APP displays your logo.
Helpful Tip
If you work with regular suppliers, explain how to activate notifications so they are always informed without needing to access the Intranet.
How It Will Appear
With White Label: the APP will display your logo, reinforcing your branding with suppliers.
Without White Label: the APP will display the Avantio logo.
How to Pin the APP
When accessing the Intranet for the first time from a mobile device, a pop-up will appear with the option "Install app."
If not installed at that time, it can be pinned later from the supplier's profile, under the "Install app" option.
Keep Session Active
When logging in, a pop-up appears asking if you want to keep the session open.
This option can be activated or deactivated at any time from the user's profile.
Note that the session is only maintained on the device where it has been activated (for example: on the mobile yes, but not on the computer).
Log Out on All Devices
The supplier can choose between:
Logging out only on the current device.
Logging out on all devices at once.
Notifications for Suppliers
Suppliers can receive push notifications even without having the Intranet open.
Notification Configuration
Each supplier decides which notifications to receive as push/pop-ups and/or in the Intranet bell.
Email notifications continue to be sent as usual.

Best Practices
Instruct suppliers on how to activate the option to keep the session active.
Recommend reviewing notification permissions on each device.
Conduct notification tests with a trusted supplier before launching it to the rest.
With the Suppliers APP, your collaborators work more efficiently and stay connected: they access with one click, keep their session active, and receive instant notifications. This translates to less time wasted and smoother communication with your team.
