Monitor Your Tasks in Harmony and Quickly Resolve Errors
With Harmony's Tasks page, you can review all executed solutions, detect possible submission errors, and retry actions if necessary. This feature centralizes management, allowing you to maintain clear and organized control over each automated task.
Key Definitions
Reference: 8-digit number corresponding to the Avantio booking in the VRMS.
Solution: automated rule created in Harmony to execute a process (example: sending instructions to a tourist).
Task: action processed or scheduled by Harmony as a result of a configured solution.
How to Filter Tasks?
In the Tasks section (VRMS → Harmony → Tasks), you'll find a list of all actions that Harmony has processed or scheduled.
To locate a specific task, use the filters:
Reference: Avantio booking number.
Date: select a specific date range.
Categories: type of solution (Customers, Bookings, or Owner).
Status: search for tasks that are done, pending, or with errors.
Solution: name of the solution, for example, "Sending instructions to the tourist."
After filling in the fields, click "Filters" to display all tasks that meet the selected criteria.
How to Interpret Tasks?
By applying the filters, you can see the results and recognize each submission with the following information:
Category to which the message belongs.
Name of the solution.
Submission date (or pending date).
Reference (internal booking ID in the VRMS).
Status, which can be:
Submission successful.
Submission pending.
Submission failed (hover over the icon to see the reason for the error).
What to Do if a Task Fails?
Select the task with the error.
Click the "Actions" button and choose "Retry Task."
This way, Harmony will recheck and execute the process if it meets the criteria defined in the solution.
Keep in mind:
Tasks are sent in batches throughout the day.
There may be a delay of up to 10 minutes between configuring an action and its execution.
Harmony is activated for free for all Avantio accounts, with a limit of 10 solutions. If you want to increase this number, contact your account manager.
Best Practices
Review tasks at least once a day to ensure everything is executed correctly.
Always save the reference for each booking: it makes searching in the VRMS easier.
If an error frequently repeats, contact the Customer Experience team. Remember that thousands of messages are sent daily, and some may fail.
The Harmony Tasks page is the central tool for reviewing, managing, and resolving issues in your automations.
Using it systematically ensures control, efficiency, and more reliable management of all configured solutions.
