Gather all key data and files without missing anything

Below you'll find the complete checklist of materials needed to develop the integration for the booking system. This includes branding requirements, content, technical configuration, and hosting preparation.

Identify the subdomain and languages

  1. Share the subdomain where the booking system will be published. Example: booking.yourdomain.com.

  2. Specify the languages your integration will have and which will be the default language.

Add social media, currencies, and navigation

  1. Provide links to your active social media accounts.

  2. Specify the currencies you want to enable and which will be the default currency.

  3. Define up to five header menu tabs, with their translations and links in the relevant languages.

Add languages to boost your website’s visibility

You can set up different languages on your website and in the Avantio booking system to improve your users’ experience and increase your website’s visibility.

Currently, the available languages for the Avantio booking system are:

  • English (UK)

  • English (US)

  • Spanish (ES)

  • Spanish (MX)

  • Catalan

  • French

  • Italian

  • Portuguese (PT)

  • Portuguese (BR)

  • German

  • Dutch

  • Russian

  • Polish

  • Chinese (Simplified)

  • Swedish

  • Norwegian

  • Danish

The number of languages allowed on a website/booking system depends on your subscription package. To find out how many languages are included in your plan, contact your account manager who can provide this information.

Provide your visual identity and graphic assets

  1. Send your logo in “.svg” or “.png” format with a transparent background.

  2. Include your favicon if you have one.

  3. Attach your preferred font. If it’s not available on Google Fonts, send the “.otf”, “.ttf” or “.woff” files.

  4. Share the colors to be used in the integration with their HEX codes (for example, https://htmlcolorcodes.com/):

    • For buttons.

    • For your header.

    • For your footer.

  5. Add a banner image with a minimum resolution of 1920 × 350 pixels.

Provide contact information and payment details

  1. Provide the contact information that will be visible in the integration: address, phone, email, tax ID (or equivalent), etc.

  2. List the payment methods you’ll accept, specifying the accepted cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).

Prepare for upload from your hosting

  1. Create the email [email protected] to validate the SSL a few days before the upload.

  2. Create the secure subdomain (for example, “secure.booking.yourdomain.com”) and set up:

    • Record: CNAME.

    • Value: secure.avantio.pro.

Helpful tip
Keep all materials in a shared folder and name files clearly (“logo.svg”, “banner-1920x350.png”, “button-HEX.txt”, “font.woff”). This makes review easier and avoids resending files.

Attention to detail
If your font isn’t on Google Fonts, send the “.otf”, “.ttf” or “.woff” files; if your logo is “.png”, make sure it has a transparent background.

Common mistakes
Providing colors without HEX codes, omitting the default language, or not creating [email protected] in time can delay SSL validation and the upload process.

Frequently Asked Questions

What subdomain should I create to publish the booking system and what additional configuration is needed?

You should specify a subdomain like “booking.yourdomain.com” for the booking system and create the “secure” subdomain (for example, “secure.booking.yourdomain.com”) with a CNAME record pointing to “secure.avantio.pro”.

What file formats are accepted for the logo and font of the integrated website?

The logo should be “.svg” or “.png” with a transparent background. If your font isn’t available on Google Fonts, send it in “.otf”, “.ttf” or “.woff” format.

What information about languages and currencies do I need to provide for the integration?

List all the languages your integration will use and specify the default language, as well as the active currencies and the default currency.

What navigation and site content details should I include from the start?

To properly prepare your website integration, it’s important to provide the following elements from the beginning:

  • Logo in .svg or .png format, preferably with a transparent background.

  • Favicon, if you already have one.

  • Preferred font. If the font isn’t available on Google Fonts, you’ll need to send us the files in .otf, .ttf or .woff format.

  • Main website colors, always including their HEX codes. For example:

    • Button color.

    • Header color.

    • Footer color.

  • Header menu, with a maximum of five tabs. You should provide the name of each tab, their translations, and the corresponding link for each selected language.

  • Social media links, if you want them displayed on the website.

  • Banner image, with a recommended minimum size of 1920 × 350 pixels.

  • Static website texts, such as menu tab names, texts for additional landing pages, homepage content, welcome text, H1, H2 titles, etc.

To know exactly which texts and translations you need to prepare and how to send them correctly, your Project Manager can provide you with an Excel document to complete.

Keep in mind that the booking system and the Home search bar will already be translated, as they are part of predefined structures.

Which payment methods should be detailed and how specific should I be?

You should specify the accepted payment methods and detail the supported cards, such as Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
