Requirements to Generate the Payment Form

For the system to generate the Payment Form, you must:

  • Have an active website or booking system.

  • If you have your own website, you must also have a broker (a corporate website under your company’s domain) where the payment form will be hosted.

Use Cases

The Payment Form will not be available in the following scenarios:

  • Bookings with the following statuses: abandoned cart, canceled, under guarantee, information/availability request, or owner request.

  • When the credit card payment method is not enabled in the VRMS booking conditions.

  • Bookings created in the system while the website was still in demo mode.

The Payment Form is a key component to ensure security and efficiency in payment processing within Avantio Payments.
