The Secure Payment Form (Payment Form) is the interface where users enter the necessary information to make a payment safely and reliably. This tool is essential for integrating a payment platform with Avantio Payments, as it ensures that payment flows are processed correctly.
Requirements to generate the Payment Form
For the system to generate the payment form, you need:
An active website or a booking system.
If you have your own website, you need a broker (a company website with your own domain) to host the payment form.
Use cases
The Payment Form will not be available (it will redirect to the Avantio buildings page) in the following scenarios:
Bookings with status: abandoned cart, cancelled, under warranty, information/availability request, or owner booking.
When the credit card payment method is not enabled in the Booking Conditions of the VRMS.
When the credit card payment method is not selected in the Payment Breakdown of the bookings.
Bookings registered in the system while the website was still in demo mode.
The Payment Form is a key component to ensure security and efficiency in payments within Avantio Payments.
Meeting the requirements and understanding the limitations of its use ensures more reliable and uninterrupted payment processes.
